Into the Heart of the Judean Desert

We set out from the city of Arad and head north into the stunning primordial landscapes of the southern Dead Sea and the Moab mountains, toward the heart of Bik’at HaKanaim. We descend eastward down the mountain slopes along the ridge leading to Nachal Rachaf, cross Nachal Kidron, and stop at a lookout over the mountains of the Judean Desert and Moab, finishing at Kfar Hanokdim.
