Not far from Arad we can taste the magic of the area located on the border between the mountain and the desert in the south of the Judean Mountains. Where grape vines grow among the trees of the vast forest, ancient remains are at the heart of hiking trails, pleasant corners for a surprising picnic in the middle of the road and a new visitor center for the winery connecting the sites between the Arad Valley and the Yatir Forest stretch vast expanses of desert landscape. Among them are surprising “green islands” of forests, vineyards, almond and pistachio plantations and even a water reservoir.
At the end of the trip we will return to the winery perfumed, for a meeting full of flavors and aromas with the world of wine. You will tour the winery accompanied by explanations about the vineyard up to the glass of wine, and you will taste the best wines of Yer Yatir Winery in a VIP room accompanied by the owner of the winery where you can even purchase some of the selected products of this special region.
